  • Team Leadership: Guide, train, and develop our caregiving staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Resident-Centered Care: Provide direct assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed, showing your commitment to hands-on support (requires ability to lift up to 35 lbs).
  • Community Building: Cultivate strong relationships with residents, their families, and external agencies, proactively addressing concerns.
  • Financial Stewardship: Review financial statements, manage budgets, and contribute to strategic plans for growth and efficiency.
  • Facility Management: Coordinate maintenance, plan and shop for supplies, and ensure the facility is always tour-ready and marketable.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience.
  • Current Certifications in First Aid, CPR, and medications.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of state regulations, resident rights, and safety practices.
  • (Nice to have) CNA, previous supervisory experience.

If you're a proactive, compassionate leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and genuinely cares about creating a wonderful home for seniors, we want to hear from you!
