Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Manages the optimization of the health system’s comprehensive digital experience across consumer- and employee-facing platforms, providing operational oversight and team leadership to ensure seamless, accessible and data-driven digital engagement aligned with health system’s strategy, goals and mission.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in digital media, communications, public relations, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum Work Experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare communications, online strategy or a similar field.
    • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Required Licenses/Certifications
  • Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
    • Ability to handle confidential information.
    • Maintains professional appearance and decorum at all times.
    • Ability to carry out obligations and duties of the position.
    • Thorough knowledge of the principles and best practices of digital communications, website design principles, user experience, digital accessibility standards, CMS, CRM, email and SMS platforms.
    • Excellent human relations and oral and written communication skills.
    • Understanding of communication principles.
