  • Lead adoption of advanced financial systems, including AI tools, ERP platforms, and BI solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with senior executives and global teams to ensure alignment on financial strategy.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop global finance teams to ensure high performance and strong organizational capability.
  • Support ad hoc financial and operational analyses to inform strategic decisions across the business.
Requirements:
  • 10–15 years of experience in corporate finance, including 5–8 years in FP&A leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting in complex organizations.
  • Strong background in managing and developing finance teams in a global or multinational environment.
  • Experience working in multi-currency environments and across international operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong financial modeling capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic business insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to executive and board-level audiences.
  • Experience with financial systems such as ERP and planning tools, as well as BI platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and financial transformation initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence across functions and senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:

  • Annual bonus eligibility as part of total compensation.
  • 100% employer-paid healthcare coverage starting on day one.
  • Full medical, dental, and vision benefits available immediately.
  • 401(k) plan with employer match, vested from day one.
