- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary technical point of contact
- Lead strategic discussions with stakeholders on technical solutions, product capabilities, and risk management
- Support customers throughout integration processes, ensuring smooth implementation and successful ramp-up
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to optimize product usage and system performance
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address client needs and contribute to product improvements
- Monitor integration progress, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues
- Advocate for customers internally, ensuring their feedback and requirements are reflected in product development
- Assist in troubleshooting technical challenges and managing incidents effectively
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, Integration Engineer, or similar role, preferably in fintech or payments
- Strong understanding of APIs and web services (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and related tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger)
- Solid knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API frameworks
- Proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as Python, Node.js, or Go
- Familiarity with server environments and databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Apache, Nginx)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical scenarios
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
