Job Description

Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack) in United States.

This role is focused on building modern, user-centric web applications that simplify complex cloud and AI infrastructure for end users. You will work at the intersection of frontend experience and backend systems, shaping intuitive interfaces that make advanced distributed technologies accessible and usable at scale. Most of your work will be frontend-oriented, with React and TypeScript at the core, while still contributing to backend APIs and cloud-native services. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to turn ambiguous requirements into high-impact features. The environment is fast-paced, highly technical, and deeply collaborative, with strong emphasis on usability, performance, and scalability. This position offers the opportunity to work on cloud-native, AI-enabled products used by enterprise customers globally. It is ideal for engineers who enjoy owning user experience while working on modern distributed systems.

Accountabilities

Own and evolve the user experience of modern web applications, translating complex cloud and AI infrastructure into intuitive, high-quality interfaces while contributing across the full stack when needed.

  • Design, build, and maintain React and TypeScript-based web applications with a strong focus on UI/UX quality
  • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to define requirements and translate them into scalable features
  • Develop and integrate backend services and APIs (Go/Rust) to support frontend functionality
  • Transform Figma designs into responsive, production-ready interfaces
  • Gather and refine requirements from cross-functional tools and communication channels
  • Participate in code reviews and uphold frontend engineering best practices
  • Contribute to API design and backend improvements supporting user-facing features
  • Advocate for usability, performance, and modern frontend architecture standards
  • Improve engineering workflows, tools, and development processes as the product scales
Requirements

Strong fullstack engineering background with a frontend-first mindset, experienced in building production-grade web applications in modern cloud-native environments.

  • 3+ years of experience building production web applications, with strong frontend focus
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with React and TypeScript
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern frontend architecture patterns
  • Experience working with REST or gRPC APIs
  • Familiarity with containerized and cloud-native environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and experience collaborating with designers (e.g., Figma workflows)
  • Experience with Git-based development workflows and collaborative engineering practices
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
  • Ability to break down ambiguous requirements into structured, executable tasks
  • Bonus: experience with data visualization, AI tools, PostgreSQL, or open-source contributions
Benefits
  • Fully remote role (US-based)
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud-native and AI-driven products
  • Collaboration with global engineering, product, and open-source communities
  • Fast-paced, innovation-driven engineering culture
  • Exposure to large-scale enterprise systems and real-world production environments
  • Opportunity to contribute to open-source technologies and cloud-native ecosystems
  • Supportive environment focused on learning, experimentation, and ownership
  • Equal opportunity workplace with inclusive hiring practices
