Exciting News!!!! Destiny Healthcare is seeking a manager to operate its Waukegan, IL, location. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Illinois Department on Aging rules and regulations. The candidate must be a good communicator, organized, highly motivated, and looking for additional growth opportunities. Prior experience with IDOA a plus.

This role offers exciting and rewarding opportunities to provide Home Care for the frail and elderly within the local community.

Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Monday-Friday:

Job Duties will include the following:

1. Completing Payroll for all Staff.

2. Ensuring the office is operating efficiently.

3. Hiring qualified Home Care Staff.

4. Ensuring Compliance with IDOA Rules and Regulations.

5. Ensuring delivery of care to the clients daily.

6. Working with local Case Management units.

7. All other office functions.

Qualifications/Education

• An individual with training and experience in home care/services delivery/administration or a related company.
• One (1) year of supervisory/administrative experience in home care/services or related program.
• Must have a criminal background check.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
