This is a hands-on builder role, requiring both technical credibility in AI, LLMs, and workflow automation platforms, and strong influence to guide stakeholders across the organization. The position involves managing a portfolio of automation initiatives, prioritizing opportunities based on ROI, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Candidates will thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing strategic thinking, operational rigor, and executional excellence while shaping the enterprise-wide AI and automation strategy.
- Conduct discovery across business functions (Sales, Finance, HR, Customer Success, Legal, etc.) to identify high-value AI and automation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a prioritized AI/automation opportunity pipeline with ROI, time savings, and risk reduction metrics.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives, including scoping, vendor selection, implementation, and adoption.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on AI tools, LLM-powered workflows, and RPA platforms.
- Partner with IT and Engineering to ensure solutions are architecturally sound, scalable, and compliant with enterprise standards.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders to embed continuous automation thinking across the organization.
- Define, track, and communicate KPIs demonstrating the impact of automation initiatives and monitor external AI/automation innovations.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in operations, business transformation, or technology roles, with hands-on AI and automation experience.
- Strong technical understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, MuleSoft), APIs, and AI integration patterns.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale AI automation initiatives that produce measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language and vice versa.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, comfortable working with senior leaders without direct authority.
- Strong program and project management skills, managing multiple initiatives with rigor and accountability.
- Experience managing vendors and implementation partners; SaaS or technology company experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degrees or certifications in relevant fields are a plus.
Benefits:
- Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
- Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), and commuter benefits.
- 401(k) match and employee stock purchase program (ESPP).
- Paid time off, sick leave, parental leave, and family-forming benefits.
- Emergency backup care and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with 24/7 counseling.
- Free legal services and estate planning support.
- Employee referral bonus program, student loan refinancing assistance, and perks/discounts programs.
- Collaborative, innovative culture recognized for excellence in workplace environment and employee engagement.
