In this role, you will focus on acquiring and growing strategic national accounts while managing complex, high-value client relationships. Your contributions will significantly impact revenue growth through consultative selling techniques. This position demands a hunter mentality to drive results and enhance the organization's footprint in hearing healthcare solutions across multiple regions. You will operate in a fully remote environment, requiring flexibility and a proactive approach to client engagement. A significant amount of travel will be involved as you build and maintain these crucial relationships.
Accountabilities- Drive sales growth within assigned national accounts and strategic enterprise clients.
- Develop and execute account acquisition strategies targeting large employers and insurance carriers.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored consultative solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and legal teams for effective service delivery.
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance efforts.
- Develop annual sales plans and forecasts for national accounts.
- Provide market intelligence on industry trends to inform strategies.
- Represent the organization at national industry events to generate new business leads.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and report metrics to leadership.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
- 7-10+ years of proven success in field-based sales.
- Experience managing national or strategic accounts preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to close complex deals.
- 5+ years in workers compensation or related industries preferred.
- Excellent consultative selling and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
