- Develop secure data exchange workflows and interoperability solutions, ensuring compliance with healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
- Contribute to modern web applications using frameworks like Angular or React, supporting both front-end and full-stack development.
- Maintain system reliability, performance, and observability, including automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and operational improvements, ensuring high-quality and maintainable code.
- Mentor and support fellow engineers, raising team technical standards and promoting best practices.
- Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot complex integrations and resolve operational or security issues.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in SaaS or integration-heavy systems.
- Strong backend development skills in C# and .NET 8+ with experience building APIs and service-to-service communication.
- Proficiency with frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or similar technologies.
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining secure data workflows and integration systems.
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) and enterprise platform integrations.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, event-driven or asynchronous system design.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentorship skills.
- Preferred: experience with EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner), PHI/PII compliance, HIPAA-regulated environments, and cloud infrastructure support.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
- Health insurance including dental and vision.
- 401(k) retirement plan.
- Flexible PTO and hybrid/remote work options.
- Opportunities for professional growth and mentorship.
- Ability to make a direct impact on systems that enhance healthcare access and communication.
