Job Summary:

The Concrete Laborer is an essential asset to the bridge crew. The Concrete Laborer is responsible for assisting co-workers and supervisors with manual labor tasks. This position will also involve the building of concrete forms by hand. The Concrete Laborer assists in pouring concrete, spreading, and smoothing the concrete.

Job Duties:

  1. Loads and unloads tools, equipment, and supplies required for projects.
  2. Assist in smoothing and finishing surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls slabs and sitework.
  3. Builds forms with handheld tools.
  4. Ensure company standards are followed.


Position Requirements

Job Requirements:

  1. Prior knowledge and experience in concrete preferred.
  2. Must be able to kneel, bend and lift materials.
  3. Must have a flexible work schedule when necessary.
  4. Must have a valid Driver’s License.
  5. Must pass drug screen and physical.
  6. Must comply with criminal background check.
