This role is a high-impact sales leadership opportunity within the legal technology and eDiscovery space, focused on driving revenue growth across litigation support services. The Account Director will be responsible for both expanding existing client relationships and developing new business within a defined territory, acting as a trusted advisor to law firms, corporations, and financial institutions. This position requires a strong mix of strategic sales execution, consultative relationship building, and deep understanding of complex data-driven legal workflows. Operating in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, the role demands precision, responsiveness, and the ability to navigate intricate client needs. The Account Director will collaborate closely with internal delivery, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of client engagements. This is a highly visible role with direct influence on revenue performance, client satisfaction, and market expansion.
Drive revenue growth across assigned territory by selling eDiscovery and litigation support services, including data discovery, managed review, hosting, and consulting solutions.
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed annual revenue and performance targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and targeted outreach within the legal and corporate market
• Manage and expand existing client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Lead client meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions to articulate complex technical offerings
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project delivery, billing, and successful execution of client engagements
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while ensuring alignment with service standards and SLAs
• Track sales performance, reporting, and forecasting in alignment with organizational expectations
• Support product and service rollouts by providing market feedback and client insights
Experienced sales professional with a strong background in eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal technology solutions.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets within the eDiscovery or legal services industry
• Strong network and established relationships within law firms, corporate legal departments, or related sectors
• Ability to manage full sales cycles including prospecting, solution selling, negotiation, and account expansion
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for clients
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a trusted advisor in high-stakes, deadline-driven environments
• Strong organizational and account management skills with attention to detail and follow-through
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly motivated by performance-based success
• Competitive base salary range ($110,000–$140,000 USD) plus commission eligibility
