Head of Product at Jobgether – India

In this role, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for a fast-scaling platform built for influencer-led performance marketing and modern growth infrastructure. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and customer insight, shaping products that power DTC, Shopify, and affiliate ecosystems. The position requires a strong builder mindset, with the ability to move from 0–1 product development to scalable systems that deliver measurable business impact. You will work closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams in a high-velocity environment where clarity, prioritization, and trade-offs are critical. This is a hands-on leadership role where customer obsession and execution excellence directly shape product success. You will also influence broader company direction through market insights, user research, and deep customer engagement.

You will be responsible for driving end-to-end product strategy and execution across multiple product lines, ensuring strong alignment between customer needs, business goals, and engineering delivery.

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization across core product areas, including end-to-end ownership of key products such as PULSE.
• Lead customer discovery efforts including interviews, beta testing, and ongoing user research to inform product decisions.
• Translate insights into clear product requirements, specifications, and execution plans in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
• Drive sprint planning, execution tracking, and ensure consistent shipping velocity with high-quality outcomes.
• Build and monitor product metrics such as activation, retention, and engagement to guide decision-making.
• Identify market trends, competitive movements, and ecosystem shifts across DTC, Shopify, and affiliate marketing spaces.
• Ensure strong UX, design quality, and product usability standards across all releases.
• Manage, mentor, and develop product and design team members while fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
• Align closely with engineering leadership to ensure seamless execution and delivery of complex initiatives.

You bring strong product leadership experience with a proven ability to build and scale products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally including 0–1 product building experience.
• Strong product intuition, execution skills, and ability to make high-impact prioritization decisions.
• Deep customer empathy with strong research and analytical capabilities.
• Experience working in DTC, Shopify, SaaS, or affiliate marketing ecosystems is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, design quality, and product usability standards.
• Proven ability to operate in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments with strong ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience collaborating across engineering and design teams.
• Ability to define metrics, analyze performance, and drive data-informed product decisions.
• Strong ability to balance speed, quality, and long-term product vision.
