Position Title: Clinical Sleep Assistant
Location: Bentonville, AR

Employment Type: Full-Time (4-day work week)

Compensation: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour

The Clinical Sleep Assistant plays a key role in helping patients understand and manage sleep-related breathing disorders through education, clinical support, and ongoing care. This position bridges patient care and operational coordination, ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation through treatment follow-up.

No prior sleep medicine experience is required—we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.

• Educate patients on sleep apnea and its impact on overall health
• Review and explain treatment options, including oral appliance therapy
• Take accurate PVS and/or digital impressions (TRIOS 3Shape or iTero Scanner preferred)
• Fit and adjust oral appliances
• Assist patients with financial arrangements and payment options
• Follow up with patients, internal team members, and referring physicians
• Support clinical and operational workflow across all locations

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Dental assisting experience preferred but not required
• Experience taking impressions (PVS or digital scanning) strongly preferred
• Comfortable with patient education and communication
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, and occasionally lean or kneel
