About This Position
We are looking for someone who knows how to drive commercial impact through structured project execution. You will work closely with our sales, customer success, product, and operations teams to deliver strategic initiatives that improve revenue performance, client experience, and go-to-market efficiency.
This role requires a hands-on approach, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate commercial strategy into scalable execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and deliver cross-functional commercial projects from ideation to execution
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to define and prioritize initiatives
- Build and maintain clear project roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics
- Support go-to-market initiatives such as new product launches, pricing strategies, and market expansion efforts
- Align stakeholders across regions and functions to ensure smooth execution and adoption
- Track performance, risks, and dependencies, and proactively drive mitigation plans
- Contribute to building best practices and frameworks for commercial project management
- Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders on progress, challenges, and outcomes
Essential Experience:
Proven experience managing end-to-end projects, including planning, execution, and delivery across cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with experience in tracking progress, managing budgets, and reporting on outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to engage, communicate with, and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
Desirable Experience:
Experience working in complex or fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Jira, MS Project).
Exposure to process improvement, change management, or business transformation initiatives.
