We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and responsible full-time Office Administrator who is bilingual in Spanish and English. This individual will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for every patient.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure patient satisfaction
• Build and maintain patient cases in the EMR system
• Schedule patients and manage the call list efficiently
• Verify patient insurance as directed by the Office Manager
• Collaborate with the billing department on patient accounts
• Track and submit authorizations and Sign POCs
• Monitor Medicare tracking requirements
• Collect co-pays, coinsurance, and deductibles
