About the Role:
The Concierge/Experience Liaison serves as the primary point of contact for customer and guests, ensuring an exceptional and personalized experience throughout their engagement. This role is pivotal in coordinating and facilitating a wide range of services, from reservations and event planning to personalized recommendations and problem resolution. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between customers and service providers, ensuring seamless communication and execution of tailored experiences. By anticipating customer needs and proactively addressing concerns, the Concierge/Experience Liaison enhances overall satisfaction and fosters long-term relationships. Ultimately, this position contributes significantly to the reputation and success of the organization by delivering outstanding customer service and memorable experiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in luxury hospitality, event planning, or concierge services.
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and booking platforms.
- Multilingual abilities to serve a diverse client base.
- Certification in hospitality or customer service management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and guests with professionalism and warmth, providing personalized service tailored to individual preferences.
- Coordinate and manage reservations, appointments, and special requests across various service providers and venues.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams or external vendors to ensure smooth execution of experiences and events.
- Proactively identify client needs and preferences to offer customized recommendations and solutions.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
