  • Conduct advanced analysis, dashboard reviews, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across BI tools, processes, and team capabilities

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Engineering, including 3+ years in people management roles
  • Proven success managing distributed teams across onshore and offshore environments with measurable delivery impact
  • Strong expertise in SQL and dimensional data modeling, including star schema design
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau and/or Amazon QuickSight
  • Experience with modern data stack technologies such as dbt, Athena, Airflow, or similar tools
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on Jira experience for delivery management
  • Background in healthcare data, claims, utilization management, prior authorization workflows, or EMR systems is a plus
  • Strong ability to independently debug and resolve issues across data, analytics, and product layers
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills in cross-functional environments

Benefits:

  • Fully remote role with approximately 5% travel requirement
  • Annual salary range of 155,000 to 175,000 USD, plus bonus eligibility
