This role sits at the center of compensation, benefits, and data-driven people strategy within a fast-scaling, global-minded organization. The Total Rewards Analyst will play a key role in shaping how compensation programs evolve as the company grows in size and complexity. You will support critical cycles such as merit, bonus, and promotions while ensuring accuracy and fairness across pay structures. The position combines analytical depth with hands-on execution across compensation modeling, equity programs, and benefits administration. You will partner closely with HRBPs and business leaders to deliver insights that guide strategic decisions. In addition, you will help maintain compliance and operational excellence across U.S. benefits programs. This is a highly impactful role for someone who enjoys blending analytics, systems thinking, and people-focused problem solving in a dynamic environment.
- Support the design, execution, and evolution of compensation programs, including salary structures, job architecture, leveling frameworks, and pay bands.
- Conduct market benchmarking and pricing analyses using compensation survey data and tools to ensure competitive positioning.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver data-driven recommendations for hiring offers, promotions, and compensation adjustments.
- Lead and support compensation cycles (merit, bonus, promotions), including modeling, reporting, and execution tracking.
- Perform pay equity, internal parity, and compensation analysis, recommending corrective actions where needed.
- Build and maintain compensation models, dashboards, and HRIS reporting to ensure data integrity and actionable insights.
- Support equity program administration, including stock options/RSUs tracking, benchmarking, and employee education materials.
- Manage day-to-day U.S. benefits administration, including health, retirement, leave programs, employee support, and issue resolution.
- Oversee open enrollment processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as ERISA, ACA, and COBRA.
- Contribute to global expansion efforts by supporting integration, harmonization, and scalable total rewards processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or related analytical HR roles.
- Strong experience in compensation analysis, benchmarking, job architecture, and program execution.
- Advanced Excel skills, including modeling, pivot tables, and large dataset analysis.
- Hands-on experience administering employee benefits programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, Rippling) and compensation tools (e.g., Mercer, Radford, Pave) is a plus.
- Exposure to equity compensation programs (stock options, RSUs) and/or global compensation frameworks is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and AI-enabled analysis tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a cross-functional environment.
- Competitive salary range: $95,000 – $110,000 (depending on experience, skills, and location).
