You’ll contribute directly to advancing innovative treatments while building strong scientific and medical engagement frameworks.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of U.S. Medical Affairs strategy, including scientific communication, evidence generation, and patient-focused initiatives
  • Design and implement healthcare professional engagement strategies, leveraging insights from advisory boards and key opinion leader interactions
  • Serve as the U.S. medical representative on cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across clinical development, research, commercial, and regulatory functions
  • Drive publication strategies, medical communications, and congress activities to effectively communicate scientific data
  • Conduct gap analyses to refine evidence generation plans, publication strategies, and tactical execution within the overall medical affairs framework
  • Provide medical leadership in external engagements, including advisory boards, investigator interactions, and peer-to-peer scientific discussions
  • Support clinical trial activities by collaborating with clinical and field teams to enhance enrollment, engagement, and scientific alignment
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to integrate real-world evidence, biomarker strategies, and patient advocacy perspectives into medical planning
  • Oversee review and approval of scientific materials, ensuring compliance and accuracy across publications, communications, and educational content

Requirements:

  • Advanced scientific or medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO, or equivalent) required
  • 15+ years of experience in medical affairs within biotech or pharmaceutical environments, including cross-functional and field-based exposure
  • Strong expertise in oncology, particularly lung cancer, with a deep understanding of biomarker-driven disease
  • Proven experience developing and executing medical strategies, including publications, evidence generation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Demonstrated involvement in clinical trial support, including protocol development, site engagement, and data interpretation
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities in a matrixed organization
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with autonomy
  • Established network with key oncology experts and healthcare professionals in the U.S.
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 30–40%) for meetings, congresses, and stakeholder engagement

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range ($232,000 – $290,000 USD) with performance-based incentives
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans
  • Equity and long-term incentive opportunities
  • Generous paid time off and holiday schedule
  • Parental leave and family support benefits
  • Professional development and continuous learning opportunities
  • Flexible remote work environment with travel for key engagements
  • Inclusive and collaborative workplace culture focused on innovation and impact
