| Position Summary: | We are looking for Catering Service Attendants to join our nationally recognized team that is committed to providing exciting and healthy food options to students, faculty and staff on campus. The University of Dayton is proud to be named the Best Place to Work in the annual Best of Dayton contest. The Catering Service Attendant II works under the direction of the Catering Chefs and/or Catering Supervisors in preparing food to the service order specifications following all food safety and sanitation policies and procedures. The CSA also gathers supplies, sets up and organizes food based on client specifications (including styles of service) in multiple locations, acts as server and attendant to stock and service buffets, decorates space. May use Catering vehicles to make deliveries and transport equipment used to serve food while maintaining proper time and temperature. CSA may also act as a bartender and dishwasher. |

| Minimum Qualifications: | *Must have high school diploma or equivalent. |
| Preferred Qualifications: | While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following: *Degree or certification from a post-secondary culinary arts training program. |
