About This Position
Campers Inn RV of Kingston New Hampshire is looking for a Receptionist. This role is responsible for providing an excellent first impression of Campers Inn by achieving and sustaining a high level of hospitality, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. This job does require working a weekend day.

Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate’s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailableGreets and directs visitors to the companyTakes and retrieves messages for various personnelProvides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related informationKeeps customer lounge and reception areas clean and ensure refreshments are availableCoordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.) Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating, keeping customers area(s) clean and organized.Any other duties as needed by managementQualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is requiredLicense & Certifications:Experience: A minimum of one year experience preferred.
