RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate new revenue aligned with defined target customer profiles
• Expand and diversify the customer portfolio through new account acquisition
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives
• Maintain accurate reporting of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline progress
• Create and implement territory or account-based sales strategies to drive growth and deepen customer engagement
• Lead a coordinated account management approach in partnership with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably managing key or strategic accounts
• 3+ years of experience within the packaging or wood products industry
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly to internal and external stakeholders
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Data-driven decision-making skills and experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments
