Position Title: Machine Operator Supervisor

Shift: 1st
Hours: 5:00am-3:30pm

Premier Pan Company is the nation's leader in the manufacturing of commercial baking pans. We are a stable and growing family-owned business located in the Moon Township, PA area. Trainer/Supervisor
Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Lead New Hire training process for Commercial Press Operators
  • Oversee day-to-day training and supervision of 30+ employee members consisting of machine operators and assemblers in a manufacturing environment
  • Managing production schedules, determining priorities, and managing employees through completion
  • Ensure products are per specifications
  • Develop knowledge and familiarity with our products
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities and Requirements:
  • Supervisory experience in a manufacturing company
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
  • Leadership
  • Adaptability
  • Communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Strong computer skills
Physical Demands:
The employee is required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
