Attic Insulation Sales Consultant at Perma-Seal Basement Systems – Burr Ridge, Illinois

Ready to build a six-figure career while helping homeowners live more comfortably and efficiently? Perma-Seal Basement Systems is expanding, and we're looking for a driven, consultative Attic Insulation Sales Consultant to join our award-winning team.

In this role, you'll meet with homeowners who have already requested an evaluation — no cold calling, no door knocking. We provide the leads, training, and tools. You bring the ambition and closing power.

This isn't just sales — it's providing real solutions that improve energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and overall home comfort.

• Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled, pre-qualified appointments
• Inspect attics and evaluate insulation performance
• Educate customers on energy-saving, comfort-enhancing solutions
• Present customized proposals and financing options
• Close sales and guide customers through the next steps
• Enter proposals and notes into our CRM system
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Participate in ongoing sales training and team meetings

• 3+ years of proven sales experience (home improvement or construction preferred)
• Strong closing skills and a consultative approach
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
• Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of insulation, HVAC, or home energy systems is a plus — but we will train the right person.
