Full-time: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, Mon – Fri, and 8:00- 5:00 Saturday as needed.
Pay rate: $14 - $17.00 per hour, based on experience.

Summary:
As an Assistant Store Manager for Pinnacle Sales Company at Jiffy Lube® locations throughout the area,
you will have a background in sales and/or customer service and be great at dealing with people. One
year of retail/hospitality management experience is preferred for this position. Previous automotive
experience is a plus. Every Assistant Manager will receive comprehensive training through our award-
winning Jiffy Lube® University computer-based training as well as hands-on training.


Job Responsibilities:
The primary function of the Assistant Store Manager is to provide an excellent experience for our
customers and oversee the operations of the store. You will work hands-on to assist the General
Manager in the daily operations of their location and are responsible for customer interaction, training,
directing, and coaching employees in all areas of operations. In addition, you will be responsible for
bank deposits, inventory, and cash control in the General Manager's absence. This position is essential to
our overall guest experience and meeting company goals. You will be providing clear direction and setting a
positive example of attitude, professionalism, and work ethic.

  • Directing the staff and ensuring that all procedures are completed properly
  • Coaching employees
  • Interacting with customers and resolving any issues
  • Opening/Closing the location
  • Completing required documentation as needed.
  • Achieving assigned sales goals
  • Maintaining facility appearance

What you will need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Dependable in attendance and quality of workmanship
