About the role
As the Treasury Manager at Marioff, you are responsible for all treasury operations and have the opportunity to leverage your expertise across other financial domains within the organization. You will be part of the Marioff HQ Finance team, and work in close collaboration with Marioff subsidiaries. Initially you will lead standing up Treasury activities for Marioff as a stand-alone company, thereafter being in charge of running the Treasury operations for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible of liquidity management of Marioff group and all of its subsidiaries
- Lead Cash flow forecasting of Marioff group
- Manage external debt and covenants with focus on efficient cash utilization
- Execute and manage intercompany loans and dividend distribution
- Maintain Marioff’s international banking partners and relationships
- Support Marioff’s bank guarantee and credit card programs
- Develop Marioff’s Treasury processes, tools and policies
- Act as a business partner to other Marioff functions in Treasury related matters
To be successful in this role you will need:
- 5+ years of relevant Treasury experience from an organization with scale
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Strong knowledge of core Treasury activities of a stand-alone company
- Ability to drive initiatives and projects with multiple stakeholders in a global matrix organization
- Business-oriented mindset and desire to deliver results
- Strong interest for process development
- Excellent communication skills with a strong fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Flexibility and ability to work under firm deadlines

- Experience working with international banks and familiar with banking portals
- Experience from a private equity backed company
- Track record in driving efficient cash management and implementing cash pools
- Familiarity of statutory requirements for cash repatriation in relevant jurisdictions
