Job Description:

Serve as the primary Metric5 Delivery Manager and central point of contact for the Department of Treasury's enterprise-wide CrowdStrike Falcon rollout. This role involves managing a large-scale enterprise rollout encompassing endpoint protection, cloud security, and next-generation Security Information and Event Management capabilities. The PM will be responsible for coordinating with a dedicated delivery team of 9 Senior Endpoint Security Engineers, embedded across various federated Treasury bureaus, to ensure all technical milestones are met. Project Management/Governance: Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive Project Plans, ensuring all deployment milestones are met within the 12-month base period; Status reports and communications to stakeholders such as bureau-level IT Directors, the central Treasury PMO, and CrowdStrike's internal Resident Engineers; Manage the project's financial burn rate, track labor hours, and ensure strict adherence to the Statement of Work (SOW) to prevent scope creep. Risk Management: Maintain Risk/Issue Log, identify technical, schedule, or political risks across the bureaus and proactively communicate mitigation strategies to Treasury executive leadership Team Coordination: Manage and oversee the activities of nine (9) full-time engineers dedicated to deployment, upgrade, and configuration services.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate must have experience managing projects involving the following CrowdStrike modules: Insight, Prevent, Discover, Falcon Cloud Security Runtime Protection, Cloud Detection and Response, Falcon Next-Gen SIEM on GovCloud, Falcon Data Replicator, Falcon for Mobile, and Falcon Device Control

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, IT Management, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.

Salary: $150,000-$180,000k Annually

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Currently hold an active Department of Treasury Public Trust or higher federal clearance. Previous experience managing endpoint security, EDR (specifically CrowdStrike), or large-scale infrastructure rollouts (e.g., SCCM migrations).
