This executive leadership role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and commercial strategy, shaping how solutions are positioned, launched, and scaled in the market. The VP, Product Marketing and GTM will define the overarching go-to-market strategy, ensuring clear differentiation, strong messaging, and effective commercialization across a complex B2B SaaS environment. This role is highly cross-functional, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Enablement, and Marketing to translate innovation into measurable revenue impact. It requires a strategic operator who can prioritize across a broad portfolio while maintaining focus on high-impact growth opportunities. The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, demanding strong executive presence and the ability to influence across teams. Success in this role is defined by alignment, clarity in execution, and sustained market growth.
- Own enterprise go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, ICPs, buyer personas, and prioritization of growth motions such as new acquisition, expansion, and cross-sell.
- Define and lead product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions across audiences and buying stages, ensuring consistency across all GTM functions.
- Drive launch strategy and readiness, including prioritization, cross-functional alignment, and enablement requirements for successful execution.
- Develop sales plays, talk tracks, and GTM narratives in partnership with Enablement, ensuring adoption and field effectiveness.
- Serve as a strategic connector across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Enablement, aligning priorities and driving decision-making on GTM tradeoffs.
- Integrate market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence into roadmap and strategic planning discussions.
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or marketing leadership within B2B SaaS or HR technology environments.
- Proven ability to define and execute GTM strategies and influence cross-functional teams at an executive level.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to simplify complex solutions into clear, compelling narratives.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs such as CAC, ROI, pipeline impact, and adoption metrics to guide decisions.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience leading teams, managing stakeholders, and driving large-scale GTM transformation is highly desirable.
