Accountabilities- Attract, select, and develop a high-performing Digital or Technology Product Management team.
- Manage day-to-day activities and resources to ensure optimal efficiency and effective delivery.
- Oversee end-to-end product management for a portfolio or major market segment.
- Define and set new Digital or Technology product strategies.
- Apply expertise in modern digital and technology domains to drive innovation.
- Inject strategic thinking to improve team outcomes in product solutions.
- Guide teams to implement data-driven methodologies and optimize user experiences.
- Develop best-in-class processes for data collection and product decision insights.
- Manage ambiguity and influence clarity among team and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various leaders and stakeholders to ensure successful product launches.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with business activities.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of Digital/Technology Product Management experience.
- 3 years of experience leading teams.
- Ability to think strategically and influence product strategy.
- Strong technical and customer experience foundations.
- Knowledge of digital products and emerging technology platforms.
- Experience in Agile and Lean Product Development environments.
- Understanding of Experience Design and Human Centered Design principles.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated people management skills.
