Summary of Position

The Experience Specialist is responsible for planning, managing, and executing Rebel Athletic brand experiences across retail and wholesale channels. This role ensures all activations deliver a seamless, elevated, and brand-aligned experience while supporting broader marketing and sales initiatives.

The position plays a key role in executing events including retail activations, wholesale conferences, pop-ups, ambassador programs, fashion shows, and specialty experiences. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to support large-scale brand initiatives and ensure consistency in execution and presentation.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of retail and wholesale events including Dream Boutiques, pop-ups, ambassador events, conferences, showcases, fashion shows, Practice Crashers, and specialty activations
  • Manage all event logistics including venue coordination, timelines, staffing, travel, inventory, booth setup, displays, and equipment
  • Lead internal communication and coordination across Executive, Sales, Operations, Retail, and Marketing teams
  • Attend events as the on-site lead, ensuring smooth execution and a high standard of brand presentation
  • Deliver a consistent, elevated customer and partner experience through professional execution and attention to detail
  • Support and execute large-scale brand initiatives including Brand Summit, Ambassador Casting, and other key activations
  • Coordinate staffing, travel, and accommodations for events
  • Manage event-related administrative needs including HR forms, petty cash requests, and equipment scheduling
  • Track and coordinate payments for event talent, contractors, and internal team members in partnership with leadership
  • Partner with content and social media teams to support pre-event, live, and post-event content capture
  • Ensure alignment between event execution and brand storytelling
  • Manage event inventory including marketing materials, samples, uniforms, giveaway items, and display assets
  • Coordinate shipping, logistics, and delivery of all materials and equipment to and from events
  • Oversee packing, loading, unloading, and return of all event materials and assets
  • Collaborate with Retail, Sales, Marketing, and Experience teams to support integrated event strategies
  • Support multi-division initiatives and crossover events across Rebel Athletic
  • Track event performance metrics including sales, traffic, and engagement
  • Participate in post-event recaps, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in event planning, brand activations, retail operations, marketing operations, or customer experience
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage complex logistics and multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead on-site execution and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel frequently, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in apparel, athletics, or event-driven brand environments
  • Experience managing large-scale events or brand activations
  • Experience working with cross-functional marketing and sales teams

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid role with frequent travel required, including approximately 20 events annually
  • Travel includes evenings and weekends and may range from single-day to week-long events
  • On-site event work requires extended periods of standing, walking, and physical activity
  • Ability to lift and move event materials, equipment, and displays
  • Fast-paced, high-energy environment with shifting priorities and deadlines

The pay range for this role is:
45,000 - 52,000 USD per year(Headquarters)
