We are seeking a Receptionist to join our Office Administration team. This role reports to the Office Administration Manager and is responsible for answering multiple phone lines and warmly welcoming all visitors to Blum USA.

Typical responsibilities include:
• Checking in guests and visitors requiring sign-in, issuing and collecting badges, and notifying Blum employees of arrivals
• Maintaining and ordering office supplies
• Creating purchase requisitions
• Preparing various mailings as required
• Signing out company vehicles to authorized Blum employees
• Monitoring phone voicemail
• Receiving and forwarding mail to our mail carrier
• Processing and sorting mail for internal recipients
• Protecting and maintaining the confidentiality of all information, conversations, and documentation
• Working a standard office schedule with flexibility as business needs require
A High School Diploma or GED, along with 1–3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, will help support success in this role.
The most critical qualifications include hands-on experience with the following:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Lotus Notes databases
• Additional training in Office Systems Technology
• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to clearly communicate information and ideas verbally and in writing
• Strong listening and reading skills to understand information presented by others
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail with the ability to review and evaluate work quality
• A service-oriented mindset with a commitment to confidentiality
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
