This is a senior, hands-on technical leadership role focused on delivering complex enterprise implementations of advanced data security and protection platforms. You will operate at the intersection of engineering execution, solution design, and customer-facing technical leadership, ensuring successful deployment across cloud-native, hybrid, and on-prem environments. The role is primarily delivery-driven, with a strong emphasis on solving real-world implementation challenges, driving integration success, and ensuring platform performance in production settings. You will act as a trusted technical authority for customers and internal teams, guiding execution while also contributing to architectural decisions. Working closely with architects and senior engineers, you will help define standards, improve delivery frameworks, and enhance reusable technical assets. - Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and validation of platform components across complex enterprise customer environments.
- Act as the primary technical escalation point for high-impact delivery issues and critical customer engagements.
- Drive installation, integration, and performance validation activities during key deployment milestones.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and optimization support across cloud-native and hybrid architectures.
- Mentor and guide Senior Implementation Engineers, promoting best practices and raising delivery standards.
- Own time-boxed discovery and design efforts when required, supporting solution definition and technical alignment.
- Partner with architects on design reviews, technical discussions, and solution validation sessions.
- Define, improve, and standardize delivery frameworks, engineering practices, and reusable implementation assets.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, integration engineering, or technical delivery roles.
- Strong programming experience in Python, plus at least one additional language such as Java or C#.
- Deep expertise in APIs, system integrations, and data pipelines (REST, ETL, transformation workflows).
- Strong cloud engineering experience across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong Linux administration and production troubleshooting skills.
- Proven ability to lead technically without formal people management responsibilities.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills in client-facing scenarios.
