Responsibilities

Manage multiple HVAC projects from award through completion
Plan, schedule, and coordinate labor, materials, and equipment
Oversee subcontractors and internal crews to ensure work meets specifications, code, and safety standards
Conduct site visits and progress meetings with clients and internal teams
Review project drawings, specifications, and change orders
Track budgets, costs, and project timelines; ensure profitability
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to field technicians/installers
Collaborate with estimating, service, and operations teams
Maintain strong client relationships and manage project communication and documentation

Qualifications

3+ years of HVAC project management experience (commercial preferred)
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation processes, and building codes
Proven track record in managing commercial construction projects
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office
Valid driver’s license
Mechanical license or industry certifications a plus
