In this role, you will play a crucial part in empowering nonprofits to achieve impact through effective communication strategies. Your expertise will assist clients in creating compelling donor engagement materials and other communication assets. You will work collaboratively with a diverse range of clients, including educational institutions and healthcare organizations, helping them to articulate their missions effectively. Accountabilities- Write compelling short and long-form articles, emails, and marketing materials.
- Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies.
- Conduct client interviews to gather insights for reports and presentations.
- Identify communication trends and contribute to thought leadership.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and deliverables.
- Assist in business development activities, including presentations and discovery calls.
- Meet utilization goals related to billable client work.
- Participate in ongoing team activities and training.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications within healthcare, higher education, or nonprofit sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Solid time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to create a positive initial impression and maintain professional credibility.
- Commitment to inclusivity in workplace culture and communication.
- Hourly compensation range of $28.00 to $36.00 based on experience.
- Flexible work hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
