Process Mapping & Optimization: Visualize current business workflows and document new standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve team efficiency.

Quality Assurance: Conduct audits on project deliverables to ensure they meet the defined quality standards before they are finalized.

Administrative Readiness: Assist in the preparation of training materials, manuals, and internal announcements to support project rollouts.

Experience: 35 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, or a generalist support role.

Operational Aptitude: Highly organized with a natural ability to take a complex goal and break it down into small, manageable steps.

Detail Orientation: A "hawk-eye" for detail; you enjoy ensuring that no task falls through the cracks and that documentation is always up to date.
