About This Position

At Wyze, we make smart home technology accessible to everyone. We're known for disrupting markets with high-quality, affordable products - from cameras to lighting to sensors and more. We believe technology should simplify life, not complicate it. We’re a fast-moving, customer-obsessed team driven by curiosity and powered by data.
The Opportunity As a Growth Marketing Manager at Wyze, you’ll own and drive growth for our hardware business by solving a real problem - not optimizing around the edges. The goal is simple but not easy: acquire new customers who understand the value of becoming long-term subscribers. This role is built for someone who loves creating and wants their ideas to have real leverage. You’ll exercise both sides of your brain and are comfortable killing an underperforming ad based on performance trends and green-lighting a new one because you have strong intuition it will work. You’ll decide what to test, design the creative yourself, and see the impact quickly at massive scale. If you’re hungry for ownership and drawn to fast feedback loops, this role delivers it. Wyze rewards builders and creators who like imperfect systems, rapid iteration, and turning instinct into results without layers of approval or over-engineered process. What You’ll Do
  • Define and prioritize growth goals in alignment with Wyze’s overall business objectives.
  • Strategize, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and other digital channels, leveraging Meta Ads Manager and best practices for media buying.
  • Analyze user behavior and product usage data to uncover opportunities and friction points throughout the customer journey.
  • Design, execute, and analyze experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to optimize acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and design teams to implement growth initiatives and new features.
  • Develop and optimize user onboarding flows and educational materials to reduce time-to-value and improve activation rates.
  • Monitor and report on key growth metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, retention, conversion rates), providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor actions, and emerging growth tactics-including evolving Meta ad formats and automation tools-to ensure Wyze remains a market leader.
  • Communicate growth strategies, progress, and results across departments to ensure alignment and shared commitment.
  • Manage the budget for growth initiatives, ensuring a strong ROI on campaigns and experiments.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, MBA, Data Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience to deliver measurable outcomes in a growth, product, or marketing role, preferably in consumer technology or smart home products
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Meta media buying, including campaign creation, optimization, and reporting using Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong proficiency in digital ad management across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads), including creative strategy and audience targeting
  • Proven ability to design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize ad performance and user experience
  • Experience integrating multiple data sources (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics) to evaluate campaign performance and refine strategies
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and product management platforms (Jira, Confluence)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning
  • Experience optimizing creative strategy for Meta ads, including testing ad formats, copy, and audience segments to improve KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS)
  • Ability to identify trends, anticipate market shifts, and adapt campaign strategies accordingly for maximum growth

Preferred skills:
  • Experience with user onboarding, customer lifecycle optimization, and retention strategies is a plus
  • Familiarity with IoT or smart home products is highly desirable
  • Meta Certified Media Buying Professional or similar certification is a strong plus, demonstrating advanced skills in Meta marketing solutions and platform best practices
