What we are looking for:

• Anyone who has experience working directly with customers can be successful selling furniture at Surplus Furniture and Mattress Warehouse, including servers, bartenders, retail salespeople, real estate professionals, flight attendants and anyone else in a service role
• Ambitious, goal-oriented, and money motivated
• Outgoing, energetic, and confident
• A great listener with strong customer service skills
• Comfortable striking up conversations and closing deals
• Thriving in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
• Competitive. Likes to hit goals and beat targets and celebrates wins
• Coachable and capable of taking feedback
