Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Manage customer accounts and identify new business opportunities across your assigned region.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management using CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Educate clients and engineering teams on product technologies and provide technical guidance on solution specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including technical services, project engineering, and production to ensure successful proposal strategy and project execution.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings to represent the organization and build relationships.
  • Track client engagement, provide follow-ups, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent technical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales or customer-facing engineering roles.
  • Proven ability to present technical data and solutions to end users and engineering clients.
  • Experience with contracts, negotiations, and managing complex sales processes.
  • Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills; collaborative team player.
  • Analytical, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
  • Experience in precision optics, metrology, or related technical domains is highly desirable.
