Position Overview
The Corporate Recruiter provides full-cycle recruiting services including sourcing, screening, and delivering qualified candidates to fill open positions. This role recruits for domestic cleared and non-cleared administrative and technical positions and maintains accurate documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The role may also support day-to-day HR administrative functions. This position is remote but requires local travel to job fairs, networking events, and recruiting functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop, revise, and maintain job descriptions
  • Create and manage electronic job postings across approved job boards and social media platforms
  • Recruit passive and active candidates through multiple sourcing channels
  • Screen applicants within ATS and conduct phone or email interviews
  • Conduct sourcing activities and track sourcing metrics to maintain strong talent pipelines
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and staffing forecasts
  • Extend verbal and written offers consistent with company policies
  • Maintain accurate applicant disposition and compliance documentation in ATS
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Perform file audits to ensure required documentation is collected and maintained
  • Provide administrative HR support and assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent HR experience
  • Minimum five (5) years of recruitment-specific experience
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interpret data and analyze information effectively
  • Experience reporting on KPI’s and Metrics
  • Ability to analyze recruiting data and adjust sourcing strategies to meet or exceed hiring targets.
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards to track pipeline health and recruiter productivity.
  • Experience presenting recruiting performance data to leadership and making recommendations based on trends and insights.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for a government contractor
  • Experience recruiting for hard-to-fill or cleared positions
