- Lead the financial strategy and performance management processes for the Medicare Advantage business line, ensuring alignment between operational initiatives and long-term financial objectives.
- Build, manage, and optimize financial models focused on unit economics, multi-year cohort analysis, and plan-level profitability to support data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with actuarial, growth, and operations teams to identify cost optimization opportunities, improve ROI, and enhance capital allocation strategies.
- Drive annual planning cycles, quarterly forecasts, and ongoing performance reporting while ensuring accountability across cost centers and operational initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong financial governance processes, leveraging reporting insights to influence business actions and strategic priorities.
- Evaluate high-priority strategic projects and operational investments, tracking financial outcomes to ensure expected value creation and business impact.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership by delivering actionable financial insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably within healthcare, insurance, payer organizations, or Medicare Advantage environments.
- Strong expertise in Medicare Advantage financial models, healthcare economics, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
- Proven ability to connect actuarial insights and operational data to business outcomes, with a strong understanding of unit economics and ROI analysis.
- Experience building scalable financial frameworks, governance structures, and reporting processes in evolving or high-growth organizations.
- Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear communication and data-driven storytelling.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and operational performance management.
- High level of autonomy, adaptability, and strategic thinking in fast-paced and ambiguous business environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $225,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
