Job Summary

The Vice President, Demand Generation and Growth Marketing is the senior leader responsible for defining and implementing FinQuery's demand generation and growth marketing strategy across all products, markets, and channels. This leader owns the vision and execution of a full-funnel, AI-enabled demand engine that drives predictable pipeline growth, customer expansion, and indirect revenue contribution at scale. Operating as a key member of the Marketing leadership team, the Vice President develops strategic plans that translate corporate growth objectives into integrated marketing programs, manages change across a complex and evolving go-to-market environment, and builds the organizational capability required to sustain growth across a multi-product platform with an expanding international presence.

Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer

The Impact You'll Make:
  • Define and implement FinQuery's enterprise demand generation strategy across all acquisition channels including inbound, outbound, ABM, and field events
  • Develop and own the demand generation operating model to drive consistent, predictable pipeline contribution at scale

  • Build the full-funnel revenue architecture including KPI frameworks and ROI attribution models across all products

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to define funnel-stage goals, conversion benchmarks, and forecasting standards

  • Define and implement customer marketing strategies to drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell conversion

  • Develop omni-channel nurture strategies to convert inbound investments into long-term audience assets

  • Define and implement channel marketing strategy to engage partners and drive indirect revenue contribution

  • Develop partner enablement standards and co-marketing frameworks to ensure measurable revenue outcomes

  • Lead demand generation strategy for new product launches and unified multi-product positioning

  • Implement the demand generation framework for international market entry and global footprint growth

  • Develop marketing integration strategy for acquired companies including brand consolidation and audience migration

  • Define the AI-enabled marketing operating model to increase execution velocity and scale

  • Implement the cross-functional revenue alignment model across Sales, Customer Success, and Product

  • Manage, develop, and retain a high-performing team of managers and individual contributors

  • Conduct all business in accordance with FinQuery policies and procedures

The Expertise You'll Bring:Education and Experience
  • Minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 13 years with a Master’s degree

  • Typical experience range of 16-19 years in senior marketing leadership roles

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required; Advanced degree preferred

  • Demonstrated progression in demand generation with significant revenue accountability in B2B SaaS

Knowledge and Abilities
  • Expert-level command of full-funnel demand generation strategy and enterprise-scale operating models

  • Advanced ability to develop revenue funnel architecture and connect marketing investment to pipeline outcomes

  • Proven ability to develop multi-product go-to-market strategies and international expansion frameworks

  • Deep proficiency in marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and complex marketing technology stacks

  • Expert ability to build and develop high-performing teams in high-change, high-growth environments

  • Strong executive-level influence to align Sales, Customer Success, and Product functions

  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS demand generation dynamics and competitive positioning

  • Proficiency in defining and scaling AI-enabled marketing operating models

  • Strong command of marketing operations process design and workflow optimization for scalability

  • Experience operationalizing marketing integration strategies in M&A contexts

  • Expert understanding of finance and accounting buyer personas within a B2B SaaS environment

  • Strong command of channel and partner marketing enablement and accountability models

The base pay range for this position is $178433-$225000. Please note: The final salary for this position will be determined in FinQuery’s sole discretion consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant’s skills, qualifications for the role, job-related knowledge, work experience, and FinQuery’s business and other operational considerations.
