Senior Director, Growth Marketing

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Director, Growth Marketing in United States.

This is a high-impact leadership role at the center of a fast-scaling SaaS organization focused on redefining how teams manage productivity and workflows. You will own the full growth marketing engine across acquisition, lifecycle, and web, shaping how millions of users discover, adopt, and expand usage of the product. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring a leader who can connect data-driven performance marketing with compelling customer experiences. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Brand, Analytics, and Finance to align growth efforts with company-wide objectives. In a rapidly evolving environment with multiple product launches, you will help unlock new growth opportunities while optimizing an already strong and highly viral funnel. This is a chance to build, scale, and refine growth systems that directly impact revenue, retention, and customer lifetime value.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead the overall growth marketing strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives and product strategy.
  • Own key growth KPIs including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention, and revenue contribution, driving continuous optimization across the funnel.
  • Oversee lifecycle marketing programs across email, SMS, in-app, and push channels to improve onboarding, engagement, and long-term customer value.
  • Lead web strategy and performance, ensuring the website serves as both a high-conversion growth engine and a compelling brand experience.
  • Manage demand generation initiatives across paid media, SEO, partnerships, and emerging channels to maximize ROI and pipeline impact.
  • Build a culture of experimentation through A/B testing, data analysis, and continuous optimization across all growth channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Brand, Finance, and Analytics teams to deliver integrated and scalable growth initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth marketing team while managing external partners and agencies.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in SaaS or product-led organizations.
  • Deep expertise in paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, funnel optimization, and marketing analytics.
  • Strong proficiency with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with strong execution and experimentation mindset.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments with a data-driven and customer-centric approach.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual base salary ranging from approximately $210,000 to $315,000 depending on experience and location tier.
  • Performance-based bonus and equity awards as part of the total compensation package.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Flexible remote work arrangements supporting work-life balance.
  • Opportunity to work in a high-growth, innovative environment with significant career development potential.
  • Access to modern tools, resources, and a strong culture of experimentation and learning.
  • Inclusion in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment focused on measurable impact.
