This role sits at the center of strategic execution, supporting high-impact, cross-functional initiatives within a fast-scaling consumer health business. You will act as a key partner to senior leadership, helping translate complex business priorities into structured plans and executable workstreams. The position blends strategy and hands-on delivery, requiring someone comfortable operating in ambiguity while driving clarity and momentum across teams. You will collaborate closely with leaders in Growth, Operations, Creative, and Finance to ensure initiatives move forward efficiently and deliver measurable outcomes. This is a highly visible role where your work directly influences execution quality, organizational alignment, and overall business scalability. It is well-suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving unstructured problems, and takes ownership from idea through completion.
In this role, you will lead and support high-priority initiatives that shape execution and operational efficiency across the business, including:
- Leading cross-functional projects end-to-end, from scoping and planning through execution and delivery.
- Translating ambiguous business challenges into structured plans, timelines, and actionable workstreams.
- Driving alignment across teams by defining ownership, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability for key priorities.
- Partnering with functional leaders to remove execution blockers and maintain momentum on strategic initiatives.
- Identifying inefficiencies in processes and workflows and designing scalable solutions to improve performance.
- Supporting senior leadership in managing priorities, tracking initiatives, and maintaining visibility across the organization.
- Synthesizing complex information into clear updates, insights, and recommendations for leadership decision-making.
- Leveraging systems, tools, and AI-driven approaches to improve execution speed and operational effectiveness.
This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and hands-on execution ability:
- 3–5+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, project management, or high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end with full ownership and accountability.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges independently.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience aligning cross-functional stakeholders and presenting to leadership.
- High attention to detail, with strong organizational skills and consistent execution follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience improving or building systems, processes, or workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Strong bias toward action, clarity, and measurable impact in execution.
