This role is a high-impact consulting position focused on delivering data-driven benchmarking insights that help enterprise clients optimize performance, reduce costs, and modernize their IT operating models. You will lead complex client engagements end-to-end, acting as both a strategic advisor and analytical expert across cloud, AI, automation, DevOps, and digital transformation domains. The role combines hands-on data analysis with executive-level consulting, requiring strong storytelling and structured problem-solving skills. You will work with global datasets and advanced benchmarking frameworks to compare client performance against market standards. In a highly collaborative environment, you will also mentor junior consultants while contributing to methodology development and business growth. This is an opportunity to influence strategic decisions for large-scale enterprises while working within a global, expert-driven consulting network.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end benchmarking engagements, including scoping, project planning, data collection, analysis, and executive-level presentations.
  • Serve as the primary client-facing advisor, managing expectations, timelines, risks, and communication across multiple workstreams.
  • Conduct advanced financial and operational modeling to compare client performance against industry benchmarks in cost, productivity, and service quality.
  • Analyze large datasets using benchmarking frameworks and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Evaluate enterprise IT environments across cloud, AI, DevOps, automation, and digital operating models to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Deliver strategic advisory support on cost optimization, sourcing strategies, modernization roadmaps, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members while ensuring quality and consistency of deliverables across engagements.
  • Contribute to business development activities including proposals, client workshops, and identification of follow-on opportunities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, benchmarking, IT analytics, sourcing advisory, or similar analytical roles.
  • Strong experience managing client engagements and coordinating multiple workstreams in complex environments.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis, financial modeling, and large dataset interpretation using tools such as Excel and analytics platforms.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise IT domains including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, AI/ML, and automation technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud cost modeling, FinOps principles, IT contracts, service level agreements, and sourcing models.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess cost structures, performance metrics, and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical insights into clear business recommendations.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, business, or scientific field; advanced degree (MBA/MS) is an asset.
  • Certifications in cloud, ITIL, TBM, or analytics/AI are a plus.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation aligned with consulting market standards
  • Remote-friendly work model with flexibility across Canada
  • Exposure to global enterprise clients and large-scale transformation programs
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge topics including AI, cloud economics, and digital modernization
  • Collaborative international environment with access to deep domain expertise
  • Career development through mentorship, training, and leadership opportunities
  • Travel opportunities up to 25% for client engagement and internal collaboration sessions
  • Inclusive and diverse workplace culture focused on continuous learning and innovation.
