Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others?
We are seeking a committed Family Support Specialist (FSS) to ensure the delivery of high‑quality Agency With Choice services and maintain full compliance with licensing standards and agency requirements. This position requires strong integrity and a thorough understanding of licensing regulations and legislation related to Intellectual Disabilities (ID). The ideal candidate will bring expertise, professionalism, and a dedication to supporting excellence in care.

Position Details:
- Schedule: Days/Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm Total: FT 40hrs./wk. (Hours and times vary based on program needs)
What You’ll Do:
- Participate in ongoing communication, support and training for families and staff
- Work with Service Coordinators
- Assists with tracking, maintaining, and collecting all AWC documents
- Monitor individual’s budgets, services, service hours/units, and utilization ensuring accuracy
- Maintain current knowledge of licensing guidelines and legislation in the ID field.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information.
Qualifications:
- 18 years or older
- Provide and maintain a Valid U.S. Driver’s License and insurable under company policy
- Experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Behavioral disabilities
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to pass and maintain CPR/First Aid
