Bowling Attendant for Terrell Theatre at Schulman Partners – Terrell, Texas

Summary of Position:

Assist customers with bowling. Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Each Employees primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintains a Guest focus while performing duties
• Follows proper cash handling procedures
• Help guest with shoe sizes
• Set up bowling lane payment in register, collects payment, and make change
• Make sure customers are following safe bowling practices, informs manager on duty of any action is necessary
• Maintains a positive attitude and always SMILE.
• Keeps area clean during and after customers are bowling
• Keeps work area, equipment, counters, and storage areas clean and orderly
• Make sure bowling balls are put up after guest are finished
• Make sure all bowling shoes are properly disinfected.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors or management staff
