As Chair of OB/GYN at United Memorial Medical Center (UMMC), you’ll lead a department dedicated to expanding access to women’s health across three counties in Western New York. UMMC is a 110-bed hospital with a 10-bed maternity unit, supporting approximately 450 deliveries annually. What You’ll Bring

  • Board Certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
  • Eligibility for a New York State medical license.
  • 3–5 years of OB/GYN clinical experience; prior leadership preferred.
  • Passion for advancing women’s health and mentoring future leaders.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: L - Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly; requires occasional walking, standing or squatting.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Physician - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PAY RANGE: $350,000.00 - $400,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
