Production Operator Pay: $23.00/hr ($24.00/hr after conversion to permanent hire which is 90-120 days after hire date)

Production Operator Hours: 2 – 2 – 3 Rotation – 5pm - 5:30am (Work 15 out of 30 days!)

General Scope: Process Operator

Prepares and blends batch formulations composed of liquid and powder ingredients to feed capsule manufacturing equipment that meet all health and safety standards.

Production Operator Duties and Responsibilities:

• Machine Operating
• Cleaning/Sanitation
• Blending/mixing
• Quality Assurance/Control
• Mechanical aptitude; interest in taking things apart / putting together; “tinkering”
• Good multitasking and time management skills
• Moderate computer skills including data entry, excel experience preferred but not required
• Moderate math skills including basic math and addition, and converting percentages to decimals (basic math assessment will be required during interview process)
• Independently motivated and able to work alone or with others
• Willing to operate heavy machinery, open to the possibility of becoming fork lift certified
• Many rooms require the ability to climb ladders or stairs and work at tall heights
• The ability to identify a variety of colors for quality purposes

Production Operator Requirements:

• Pass drug test and physical
• Pass a basic math assessment
• Pass a 50 lb lift test
