Residential DSP-Evenings & Weekends $600 Hiring Bonus at Hands Of Heartland – Bellevue, Nebraska

Hands of Heartland is looking for compassionate and caring individuals to work with the people we support as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)/ Caregiver. Our residential locations in Bellevue, NE are looking for weekend hours.

What a Direct Support Professional Does: Works directly with people with developmental disabilities assisting them with day to day living activities. Supports individuals with activities and developing skills in a home environment and in community settings.

Hours: We are looking for M-F 4pm-9pm; and weekends. Weekend shifts are Saturday and Sunday. Shifts can be 8am-11pm or 8am-12a (midnight) depending on the house. There is also an option to alternate weekends for part-time work.

Skillset Needed for the Job: Ability to work independently in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. Flexible and willing to adapt to change. Know the value of communication. Desire to support people and encourage them to reach goals.

Requirements: Must be 18 years old. Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Must be able to pass all background checks. Experience not required- we will train.

Pay: Weekend starting pay is $17/hr. We pay more for experience and if you have a CNA license. Incentives also available.
