What We’re Looking For:
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- ADN, BSN, or MSN from an accredited nursing program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Hospice or palliative care experience preferred (training available).
- Compassion, adaptability and a desire to grow professionally in hospice care.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality bedside care and symptom management for hospice patients.
- Educate and support patients and families through individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate and implement the plan of care.
- Utilize technology to enhance care coordination and communication.
- Approach patient care holistically, addressing physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
- Enjoy flexible scheduling and on-call rotations that support work-life balance.
